GCSE Results Day 2025!

High Tunstall College of Science is celebrating once again as we are delighted with the performance of our students in the GCSE examinations.  The class of 2025 attended well, engaged well and have performed to a level where they should be very happy, this has shown what hard work and dedication can create.

This year we have seen students who have had a more “normal” education for the first time since 2020, though their education was still disrupted and affected in the early stages on transition to secondary. Despite that we have seen improvements across the college, and we would like to congratulate all students on their achievements.  High Tunstall College of Science is proud of its inclusive culture and regardless of the challenges young people face they will succeed at our college.  Thank you to the staff, parents and carers that have supported the class of 2025, you have been superb.

We will not be providing any further information as we believe that using data without context to compare the “performance” of schools is wholly inappropriate this year. What the last few years have taught us is that young people do better when schools collaborate, not when they compete.
