It is important the information provided to us from these forms is accurate to please ensure you take your time to complete them. Forms must be completed by Friday 11th June 2021 to allow us to allocate weeks and plan for the Summer Holiday School in August.
Students will be alloctaed to ONE of two weeks of Summer Holiday School, either week commencing Monday 9th August OR week commencing Monday 23rd August 2021.
