Alumni Volunteering

Our alumni network has a wealth of experience and advice to share with our students for their careers journey ahead:

We actively encourage our wider Alumni audience to get involved in volunteering. You can get involved by:

• Providing an Alumni Personal Profile
  Help us to inspire students by sharing your academic experience and career path via a profile film or written alumni profile.
• Delivering career specific presentations (either online or in person)
  We encourage alumni to share their experience and expertise through speaking to current students and fellow members who may be searching for careers advice and guidance.
• Working with specific faculties or individuals
  We are always looking for alumni volunteers to work directly with our faculties to help bring their curriculum to life. There may be particular topics that would significantly benefit from having your real-life experiences to help students put their study into context.
• Providing work experience
  Work experience has been shown to be the single most valuable experience to help students become ‘work ready’. Work experience is a perfect way of giving an HTCS student a great start in their chosen career. These opportunities provide valuable work experience and supports their CV.
