British Values Week 3!
This week is the third British Values Week of the year at High Tunstall. We are focussing this time on ‘Tolerance of Others’ linked to Holocaust Memorial Day next week and Martin Luther King Day this week. The video highlights how faculties can link to work to this value. Also on this week, we have had a visit from the BBC to talk to students from years 7 – 10 about fake news, where we get our opinions from, and how we can engage with other people’s opinions. In lessons, Drama have been looking at bullying and tolerance of others, Technology have been looking at this from a Business point of view and working with others, and our ARC students are engaging with the Chinese culture and understanding others cultures, via food, music, art and so on.
Well done all.
