Girls Into STEM Workshop with NYBEP!

Some of our Year 9 girls have been taking part in a ‘Girls into STEM’ workshop this week, delivered by NYBEP. Students had the opportunity to talk to local women who work in Engineering careers, one of which was a former HTCS student!

The girls enjoyed a STEM challenge which required them to collaborate as a team, and take part in a quiz activity to find out what employment sector would be most suited to their skills and strengths.

A fun afternoon was had by all and we look forward to working with #STEM ambassadors in College! A huge hank you to NYBEP for the workshop!
